Our Orlando Vacation Villa is a luxury 3 bedroom home with the benefits of being fully air- conditioned. The villa has 2 bathrooms, a family room, living room, nook, dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (including full size dishwasher)utility room with washer/dryer, high speed broadband internet access, free local and international phone calls and cable TV’s in livingroom and master bedroom. The crowning glory of our Orlando vacation rental home is the large south facing, heated private pool in a screened enclosure. We provide luxurious and very comfortable pool/dining furniture, a large covered lanai means you may dine in comfort away from the glare of the sun. Once you have dined, relax on one of the many sun lounges before cooling off in your own refreshing pool, take a cool drink, climb in and let the warmth soothe you.

A deposit of 20% of the total value of the rental of the house for the period reserved is required at the time of reservation and the balance is required 4 weeks prior to the arrival date at the house, together with $300 security deposit. For reservations made less than 4 weeks prior to the arrival date at the house the full amount is required at the time of reservation, plus the security deposit. The security deposit is refundable on the completion of your vacation, assuming that no damage has occurred during the rental period.

The deposit will be treated as part payment of the total amount due. If the balance is not paid 4 weeks prior to the rental date, Our Disney Retreat. reserves the right to cancel the booking without further notice. In the event of cancellations, the 20% deposit is refundable less $50 administration fee. IF written notice is received at least 28 days before the scheduled check in date. EXCEPT reservations for Holiday periods as shown in our rate information and reservations of 4 weeks or longer, NO REFUND of the 20% deposit. No refund on cancellations made less than 28 days prior to the check in date.
If after the acceptance of the reservation, the clients wish to alter confirmed reservations an amendment fee may be charged, if the alteration is made less than 28 days prior tot he rental date cancellation charges may be applied. Any amendment to the original booking will not be effective until it is received and agreed in writing by Our Disney Retreat.
