A reservation deposit of $100.00 will hold your vacation dates and is due within 7 days of placing the reservation. This deposit will be credited toward your rental balance
An additional refundable security deposit of $200.00 is due prior to the arrival date.

Cancellation requests must be received in writing, and are subject to a $50 transaction fee.
If the total payment is not received by the prescribed time, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. In this event, or if the client cancels after the booking is confirmed and is within 31 days of arrival, the reservation deposit will be forfeited.
There will be no refunds of rental fees for cancellations made within 31 days of arrival, however monies received may be applied to a future reservation at the discretion of the homeowner or property manager.
