According to our booking policy, you may cancel your booking at any time up to or during the Rental Period. Cancellation must be in writing. The following cancellation penalty percentage rates will be charged off the Total Rental Fee (amount shown on the booking confirmation):
* From initial date of booking up to 60 days prior to the arrival date: 20%; * Between 30 and 60 days prior to the arrival date: 50%;
* Between 15 and 30 days prior to the arrival date: 75%; * Less than 15 days prior to the arrival date: 100%

Tax and Clean Already Included. Optional Security Deposit Waiver Insurance will be automatically added to your stay. For a fee of $45 the insurance will protect you from liability for accidental loss or damage up to $1,500. It does not cover excess cleaning fees or damage caused by willful or intentional conduct. The Security Deposit Waiver is non-refundable. If you choose not to accept the coverage, a security deposit of $250.00 will be required. This amount will be refunded within 30 day of your departure barring any damages or excessive services required.
