Why my place is great for a pet?
Plenty of space downstairs. Screened-in patio at back for fresh air. Lots of places to walk dogs in the area. We LOVE pets!

Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, NASA Kennedy Space Center, Bush Gardens

15 minutes to Sea World and Disney.
15 minutes from Gatorland.
30 minutes to Universal Studios.
1 hour to Kennedy Space Center.

Cancellation Terms:	Cancellations received 30 days prior to arrival will be entitled to a refund of any pre-payment, minus the first night’s rent plus the PP Fee. Cancellations received less than 30 days, but more than 14 days prior to arrival will receive 50% of any pre-payment, minus the first night’s rent plus the PP Fee. No refund of any kind will be made for cancellations received less than 14 days prior to arrival. All cancellations MUST be received in writing. This policy is required to protect the Florida rental home owners.
Tax & Fee Terms:	$65 Property Protection Fee covers guest for accidental damages up to $500. Damages caused by intent or gross negligence will result in additional charges. A departure clean fee of $80 is due on all reservations for 2, 3 or 4 nights. This fee is waived for stays of 5 nights or more. All fees are payable prior to arrival and are subject to 13% tax. Rental fees are also subject to 13% tax.
