This house is located in South Lake one of the nicest neighborhoods in Hollywood. Just minutes away from the serene lake (intercoastal) and only 1.5 miles to the beautiful Hollywood Beach with restaurants right on the water and its beautiful boardwalk. Less than a mile to the Diplomat Golf Resort and Spa, a championship golf course. Two other golf courses both within 1-2 miles. Gulfstream Park Racing & Casino, Mardi Gras Race Track & Gaming
Center also within 1 mile. Seminole Hard Rock Café & Casino only a short 20 minute drive. Downtown Hollywood with 50 Restaurants and Lounges

Why my place is great for a pet?
The front of the house is fenced in and has a small side yard very nice for the dogs to exercise for a bit without them having to go in the back yard where the picnic table and pool is. This does not mean you can leave the dogs out all day barking. This is a residential neighborhood and we have neighbors although not attached, very close to us.
There is a dog park nearby as well and a dog beach in Hollywood about 1.5 miles from the house. There the dogs can swim and socialize. Neighborhood dogs also go to the lake a few blocks away to walk and look at the intercoastal. Overall this is a very pet friendly neighborhood.

Beautiful backyard featuring an awesome 13'x25' Inground Pool, plenty of sitting and a Barbecue Gas Grill. The house is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom House completely tiled throughout , perfect for small groups or couples or simply a large family. The master bedroom has a queen bed and an en suite bathroom recently renovated with a shower (no tub.) The other two bedrooms are conveniently separated by the remaining bathroom featuring a bath / shower combination. One of the bedrooms features a queen bed and the other has two twin beds. Additional cribs / small beds can be placed in the rooms as per request.
The living room has a confortable sectional sofa with plenty of sitting and one of the sofas opens up to a full size sleeper. A beautiful television armoir houses a 32 television set and a dvd player. Dining room features a wooden table that comfortably sits 8 and an armoir with dishes for 12.
The kitchen features granite countertops and it opens to the dining room which in turns faces / opens to the back yard and pool. Great set up for entertaining.
Cable and Internet in all bedrooms and the living room.
