This lovely villa is a truly versatile vacation home with golf literally on your doorstep for those who want a golfing break and it is also the ideal place for the family to relax after a busy day at the parks.

With a pool overlooking the golf course at the award winning Southern Dunes Golf Course, 3 further swimming pools, tennis and basketball courts, a fitness center, a golf club and shop, a children's play area and a licensed bar and restaurant there is plenty to keep you occupied when you are not at the parks. There is also a 24 hour supermarket at the entrance to this gated community. This property is a 15 minute drive from Disney and all the other attractions are easily accessible on the excellent road links.

Downstairs you have a fully fitted kitchen with range, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and a breakfast seating area. In the living area there is a dining table with seating for 6, two comfortable sofas to relax on and enjoy an evening’s viewing on the cable TV.

There is a downstairs cloakroom, washer and dryer and a garage. All crockery, cookware and linens are provided.

The master bedroom with en-suite facilities is on the upper floor, together with two twin rooms with a further bathroom.

There is an internet dial up service available at this property for those that need internet access during their stay.

Why my place is great for a pet?
This property is in a great area for you and your pet to have an enjoyable walk. The villa is more suited to the smaller or quieter pet, but please contact us if you wish to discuss your pets specific needs.

Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, NASA Kennedy Space Center, Everglades National Park, Busch Gardens

Disney is only 15 minutes away from this villa and Universal Studios, SeaWorld, Aquatica, Islands Of Adventure, Wet n' Wild, Arabian Nights Dinner Show, Medieval Times Dinner Show, and many other attractions in the area are within an easy drive on excellent road links.

We also have a great brochure in our villas describing all the other places of interest in the local area including day trips to the Everglades, local wineries and many others that you might be surprised to find.

Kennedy Space Center, Bush Gardens, and the beaches on the East and West Coast are all within an easy one hour's drive.

The Everglades is a longer drive - just under 4 hours - but we are ideally suited if you want to make the day trip to see this glorious area as part of your Florida Experience Vacation.
