Let yourself unwind as you enjoy your stay on Fort Myers Beach, located mid-island and 360 steps from the powdery-white sand and the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. We're close to our Times Square where you'll find great restaurants and shops and places to treat yourselves to some ice cream. Or if you choose to cook in, feel free -- remember, you're on vacation...LET GO, RELAX, UNWIND…
The property is half a duplex, has two bedrooms with queen-size beds, 2 full baths, and sleeps 4 comfortably (there's also a raised, queen-size, blow-up bed for use if needed). The house has a spacious living room with newly purchased furniture, cathedral ceilings, and a nice-size kitchen for preparing meals. And for your enjoyment, there's a big-screen TV that's great for relaxing and watching movies or watching your favorite sports teams. There's also a portable DVD player if you want to bring some of your own movies or rent movies while you're here. We also provide a desk-top computer with high-speed Internet access, and we also have wireless Internet if you want you bring your own laptop along.
There's a beautiful, big, screened-in lanai on which to enjoy our beautiful Southwest Florida weather. You can enjoy meals out there, play games on your laptop, play cards, or just do some good ol' porch sittin'!

*SPECIAL FOR OCTOBER 2010: October is a gorgeous month on Fort Myers Beach. The weather is beginning to cool, so you can open the windows and enjoy the screened-in lanai. Come and see us for $700 PER WEEK. This price includes all fees(fee for one pet. If you have more than one, please add $50)and taxes! HALLOWEEN WEEK, October 30th through November 6th, $800. Still, all fees and taxes included, as stated above.
Christmas Week 2010: $1500 includes cleaning fee, fee for one pet, and all taxes. Come on down and celebrate Christmas on Fort Myers Beach!

Why my place is great for a pet?
The beach is pet friendly. Fort Myers Beach/Bonita Springs also offers Dog Beach, where dogs can run leash free!
Maximum number of pets is two; but ask, I just might say yes!
Activities and Attractions
Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Everglades National Park, Busch Gardens
A first-run movie theater is located on the beach, where you can relax and have dinner and drinks while watching the movie; a bowling alley is a short drive away. There's bike rentals on the island and miniature golf just a short trolley ride or drive away.
You can catch the Key West Express boat and take a trip to Key West! Or take a trip on the gambling boat, if you're feeling lucky!
There's lots to do, so come on and have some fun!
Orlando and Walt Disney World is about a 4-hour drive. Tampa, where Busch Gardens is located, is about a two-and-a-half hour drive from here. Everything is very accessible from Fort Myers Beach.
There are many beautiful, public 18-hole golf courses in the area, too.

Near Transit, Walk to Beach
We're located mid-island, with designated beach access, and just 360 steps from the beautiful, powdery-white sands and the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico!
At Times Square, you'll also find a long pier for fishing and watching our beautiful sunsets! And you may even see some dolphins swimming and playing!
The 7-mile-long island offers a first-run movie theater; a library; a place to rent bicycles, scooters, or motorcycles.
A bowling alley and miniature golf courses are just a short drive off-island.
The Key West Express sails from Fort Myers Beach and will take you to Key West for the day, or you can spend the night and return the next evening.
Maybe you'd like to try your luck on the Big M Casino boat, which sails two times each day, morning and evening.
You'll find that most anything you want to do is located right here on the island or just a short trolley ride or drive away.
In Lover's Key State Park, a short drive south on Estero Blvd., there is a beach especially for dogs and their owners.
The dogs can frolic and play leash-free!
Lover's Key State Park also offers canoe and kayak rentals and walking trails.

Ten streets to Publix Supermarket. A pharmacy is located on the beach, along with a walk-in medical clinic (but we hope you won't need that!)
For your convenience, all laundry soaps, softeners, dryer sheets and dish detergents will be provided so you won't have to purchase those. Also, two beach chairs and beach towels are provided, along with two beach bikes for your enjoyment.

Half by check upon making reservation; remainder by check 20 days before arrival. *However, if you make your reservations a year (or far) in advance, you can send one-third of the price for the down payment, and I will notify you when the next installments are due.

For Monthly Guests: If the reservation is cancelled AT LEAST three months PRIOR to arrival, a timely manner for the unit to be re-rented, your deposit LESS $500 will be refunded. Otherwise, the total deposit will be forfeited.
For Weekly Guests: If you cancel your reservation in a timely manner so the unit can be
re-rented, one half of the rental fee, or your deposit, will be forfeited. If you cancel after you have remitted your final payment and there is no time to re-rent the unit, the entire rental fee will be forfeited. If you are a "no show" and payment has been remitted in full, your total rental fee will be forfeited.

11% tourism tax, $50 non-refundable pet fee, and $125 cleaning fee is already added into pricing.
Maid services are not provided during your stay, and guests are expected to leave the house as they found it when beginning their stay.

Dogs and cats allowed; however,
due to liability issues, the following breeds of dog are NOT allowed: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Akita, or any aggressive breed.
ALL pets must be housebroken or litter trained and well behaved!
