Our home is located on  Connecticut Street.  The access to the Gulf of Mexico and the seven miles of all public, user friendly white sand beaches of Fort Myers Beach is excellent; voted the Safest Beach in the World. Palm Grove is aptly named for its beautiful and plentiful palm trees. There are scores of coconut palms, queen palms and dwarf royal palms in the front yard and the impeccably landscaped grounds around the pool in the back yard are planted with coconut palms, dwarf royal palms, banana trees, giant bird of paradise, allamanda and scores of hibiscus. The lanai screened enclosure surrounds the pool for maximum comfort. The pool lanai is a delightful extension of the house from both the sliding glass doors from the dining room/kitchen and the master bedroom. If the weather is conducive to opening the house the audible ambiance of the waterfall fills both the living room and master bedroom from the spa waterfall. The pool is a free form design of contemporary style. The shallow end walk in is easy and secure with the shallow end bench built in next to the steps. The built in bench in the deep end next to the spa is an innovative and convenient design feature to the overall usability of the entire pool/spa design. The six person built in spa is fabulous. The pool and spa operation are completely computer controlled and heated; the pool maintains a constant 82 degrees and the spa heats to 101 degrees at 7:30/8:30 each evening to 11:00 PM. In the morning when the computer controls return the pool to circulation, the previously heated spa water pours over into the pool for A warm morning swim. There is a cabana refrigerator just inside the door to the garage from the lanai for cold beverages without having to go in the house. We provide beach towels, bed linens and towels. There is a full size washer and dryer in the garage off the lanai which permits our guests to pack light; knowing they will be able to do their own laundry at their leisure while in residence. The house is very comfortable and completely furnished throughout. As you enter Palm Grove from the front porch entry lanai you will immediately recognize that this is not just a vacation rental; but a home away from home with all the comforts. The living room has a color television, DVD player, VCR and mini stereo. We normally limit occupancy to four adults unless other specific arrangements are made and approved in advance. The newly remodeled kitchen is completely furnished and equipped with top notch appliances including dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator freezer with ice maker, microwave, automatic coffeemaker, toaster, blender and all of the other conveniences of a modern well equipped kitchen; including Emerill Ware cookware. The rear courtyard is secure and surrounded by a privacey fence for the convenience and privacy of our guests. There is a gas grill barbecue on the grilling deck just outside the lanai for the convenience of our guests. The back yard is planted with all manner of flowering plants including hibiscus, allamanda, butterfly tulips and bouganvilla. The Master Bedroom has its own full bath and the most extraordinary view of the pool and waterfall through the sliding glass doors. The master bedroom has its own telephone, television, VCR, clock radio alarm and the most comfortable queen size bed you have ever experienced. The guest bedroom has a telephone,television, VCR, clock radio alarm and the most comfortable twin beds you can imagine experienced. The guest bath, with tub and shower is between the guest bedroom and the living room; and is always spotless upon your arrival.
