Also we take a administrative fee which includes the cleaning fee of $300.00 for monthly and $150 for weekly. and a pet deposit for a small dog of $100.00 monthly or $50.00 weekly.

A $100 monthly is due for small pets, $50 for weekly. Long term $100 does apply. A $250 administrative fee with cleaning is due upon arrival or with reservation. We do ask for 50% upfront and is (Not-Refundable). The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. Then code to lock box will be given.
