A 50% deposit is due through MC or VISA at the time of reservation. The remaining 50% is due through credit card or cash at check-in.

A minimum 30-day notice of cancellation is required in writing or e-mail for a refund of a deposit. A 90-day notice of cancellation is required in writing or e-mail for a refund for extended stays of a month or more. There is always a $25 credit card processing fee, no matter when the cancellation is declared. If the same party makes another reservation within sixty days of their cancellation, their forfeited deposit will be applied to the new reservation. There are no refunds for early departures and no-shows.

Rates are subject to change without notice. Reservations are not considered confirmed until a credit card is approved. There is a four (4) night minimum during the peak and mid seasons. There is also a minimum stay of four (4) nights during the holidays of July 4 and Labor Day.

There is a $95 refundable deposit per pet. Proof of current license and vaccinations is required prior to arrival. Guests will be responsible to pay additional costs after check-out if there is major damage caused by their pet(s).
