This is Cinnamon Beach Condo Unit #934 in the Ocean Hammock Resorts in Palm Coast, Florida (which is on the East Coast of Florida - south of St. Augustine & north of Daytona Beach Florida). This is on the third floor in building 9 - closest to the pool. We also manage condo #931,932,933 (3rd floor), - perfect for families traveling together.

The Cinnamon Beach resort boasts 2 1/2 miles of private beach, an amazing ocean-front pool for adults, a second large pool for families with a gradual zero slope entrance for kids, a water splash zone for kids, a fitness center, a recreation center, a game room, and a selection of picturesque walking and jogging trails. ( The pools are 1 block away. )
Our luxury condo is nestled among the immaculate fairways of the Ocean Hammock Resort in the exclusive gated community of Cinnamon Beach. The Ocean Hammock Golf Club is a private course known as 'The Pebble Beach of the East'. Minutes away from Ocean Hammock are numerous challenging public golf courses. Please email us for a free list.

Relax in our 3 bedroom luxury condo that sleeps 8 guests. Our condo is accessible by both elevator and stairs and features 1900 square feet of elegantly appointed and furnished living space. The kitchen provides all the necessities and is nicely accented with dark wood cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances.
Best of all, we have high speed cable Internet for guests who bring their lap top computers.
The open floor plan allows easy access to the dining and living areas with views throughout. The dining area is ready for casual or more formal dining, whatever you prefer. Our kitchen is spacious and is fully equiped. All cookware and tableware is included. Generous seating space is provided in the living area for you and your guests to relax. Enjoy the TV, a DVD and/or music while inside, or step outside and relax on the large balcony/terrace and smell the sea breeze. Enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail on our balcony fresco dining table.

The 3 bedrooms include a master with a pillow top king bed, tv set/dvd player/vcr, private bath, tub and separate shower, as well as his/hers vanities. The guest bedrooms are located at the opposite end of the unit for more privacy, and include one with a queen size bed and tv set/dvd player/vcr, and one with 2 twins and a tv set/dvd player/vcr. The sofa opens to a queen bed for extra sleeping space (sleeps 2). The condo also includes covered parking beneath the building.
Amenities: Includes high speed wireless Internet, AC, heat. Plus, a brand new color TV, DVD player, CD player, phone, full kitchen including; dishes / utensils / cookware / microwave / dishwasher/ coffeemaker, washer & dryer, linens / towels. Note: Beach towels and beach chairs are not provided. Condo sleeps 8.
