This is building 800, second floor - end unit. We also manage unit 761 & 762 (sixth floor) & condo 752, 753, 754 (fifth floor) and 734 (third floor - next door).

Activities and Attractions
Our condo is located just a short walk from the two Cinnamon Beach pools. The Ocean Clubhouse, designed with adults in mind, offers a secluded environment overlooking the ocean and a large pool with chairs and umbrellas for use on the beach. The livelier Lake Clubhouse includes fitness facilities, a family pool area with a gradual slope for kids which includes a water play, splash zone, a teen center, and an entertainment room, all with views of the fresh-water lake.
Our luxury condo is nestled among the immaculate fairways of the Ocean Hammock Resort in the exclusive gated community of Cinnamon Beach. The Ocean Hammock Golf Club is a private course known as 'The Pebble Beach of the East'. Minutes away from Ocean Hammock are numerous challenging public golf courses. Please email us for a free list.

The huge oceanfront balcony is probably the true highlight for any guest. With comfortable chairs and a dining area, this may be the only place you dine during your vacation.
The kitchen, with granite countertops, is a well-equipped gourmet kitchen full of amenities. There is a breakfast nook effectively doubling the size of the already spacious kitchen. The kitchen is open to the living and dining rooms that have spectacular ocean views. The dining room is ready for candle light dinners, family gatherings or anything in between. The living room has generous seating arranged to take advantage of the breathtaking ocean views as well as a fully equipped entertainment center.

The 3 bedrooms and 3 baths are a split plan for more privacy. The master suite off the living room has a king size bed (sleeps 2) from which you can watch TV or enjoy panoramic ocean views. The oversized master bath has separate his and hers vanities, a large tub, and a separate shower stall. Back down the hallway are two comfortable guest bedrooms, each with its own bath and generous closet space. One guest room has a queen bed (sleeps 2). The other bedroom has 2 twins (sleeps 2). The living room has a queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2). The unit also has a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.
Amenities: Includes high speed wireless Internet, AC, heat. Plus, new color TVs, DVD player, CD player, full kitchen including; dishes / utensils / cookware / microwave / dishwasher/ coffeemaker, washer & dryer, linens / towels. Note: Beach towels and beach chairs are not included. No local phone.
