This is Cinnamon Beach Condo Unit 241 in the Ocean Hammock Resorts in Palm Coast, Florida. This is building 2, fourth floor (unit 241). It is a oversized luxury unit with 3 Bedrooms and 3 Full Bathrooms and 2400 square feet. It has views of the ocean and golf course from the balcony. (We also manage condo 242 which is next door and 243 and 244 - same floor) = perfect for families traveling together.

The Cinnamon Beach resort boasts 2 1/2 miles of private beach, an amazing ocean-front pool for adults, a second large pool for families with a gradual zero slope entrance for kids, a water splash zone for kids, a fitness center, a recreation center, a snack bar, a game room, and a selection of picturesque walking and jogging trails.
Our luxury condo is nestled among the immaculate fairways of the Ocean Hammock Resort in the exclusive gated community of Cinnamon Beach. The Ocean Hammock Golf Club is a private course known as 'The Pebble Beach of the East'. Minutes away from Ocean Hammock are numerous challenging public golf courses. Please email us for a free list.

The oversized 400 square foot balcony is probably the true highlight for any guest. With comfortable chairs and a dining area, this may be the only place you dine during your vacation. The kitchen, with granite countertops, is a well-equipped gourmet kitchen full of amenities. There is a breakfast nook effectively doubling the size of the already spacious kitchen. The kitchen is open to the living and dining rooms that have spectacular golf course views. The living room has generous seating arranged to take advantage of the golf views as well as a fully equipped entertainment center. The living room couch also converts to a queen-size sleeper sofa (sleeps 2).

The 3 bedrooms and 3 baths are a split plan for more privacy. The master suite off the living room has a king size bed (sleeps 2) from which you can watch TV. The oversized master bath has separate his and hers vanities, a large tub, and a separate shower stall. Back down the hallway are two comfortable guest bedrooms, each with its own bath and generous closet space. One guest room has a queen bed (sleeps 2). The other bedroom has two twins (sleeps 2). Plus, the living room has a queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2). The unit also has a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. Plus, we also have high speed Internet for guests who bring their lap top computer.
Amenities: Includes high speed wireless Internet, ac, heat. new color TV, DVD player, CD player, phone, full kitchen including; dishes / utensils / cookware / microwave / dishwasher/ coffeemaker/ blender/ washer & dryer/ linens / bath towels. Note: Beach towels and beach chairs are not provided.
