As you enter the foyer you are greeted by 9-foot ceilings, tiled floors and an interior thoughtfully planned to offer luxurious relaxation. Head down the hall and you will get your first glimpse of the ocean.
The large oceanfront balcony is probably the true highlight for any guest. With comfortable chairs that can accommodate guests, this may be the only place you dine during your vacation.
The kitchen, with granite countertops, is a well-equipped gourmet kitchen full of amenities. There is also a breakfast nook effectively doubling the size of the already spacious kitchen. The kitchen is open to the living and dining rooms that have spectacular ocean views. The dining room is ready for candle light dinners, family gatherings or anything in between. The living room has generous amounts of seating arranged to take advantage of the breathtaking ocean views as well as a fully equipped entertainment center.
The 3 bedrooms and 3 baths are a split plan for more privacy. The master suite off the living room has a king size bed (sleeps 2) from which you can watch TV (DVD & VCR too) or enjoy ocean views. The master bath has separate vanities, a large tub, and a separate shower stall. Down the hallway are two beautifully decorated & comfortable guest bedrooms, each with its own private bath plus TVs with DVD players. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed (sleeps 2) and TV and DVD/VCR player and a private bedroom. The 3rd bedroom has two twins (sleeps 2) and a TV and DVD/VCR player. Plus, the living room has a queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2). The unit also has a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.
Our condo is located 1 block from the two Cinnamon beach pools. The Ocean Clubhouse, designed with adults in mind, offers a secluded environment. It includes a large swimming pool, a viewing tower overlooking the ocean, and chairs and umbrellas for use on the beach. The livelier Lake Clubhouse includes fitness facilities, a family pool area with a gradual slope for kids which includes a water play, splash zone, a teen center, and an entertainment room, all with views of the fresh-water lake.

(a) If the Property becomes unavailable to the Guest prior to occupancy, Manager agrees to refund the full amount paid to the date of cancellation, and Guest agrees to release any claims against Manager.
(b) If, for any reason, the Guest cancels this Agreement more than thirty (30) days from the Arrival Date, the Reservation Deposit will not be refunded unless Manager is able to re-rent the Unit or Property under the same (or better) terms and conditions of this Agreement, for the full Term reserved. If the Property is re-rented under the same (or better) terms and conditions than this Agreement, Manager will refund the Reservation Deposit paid, less a Cancellation Fee of $300.00 (or 10%), whichever is greater.
(c) There are no cancellations permitted within 30 days of Guest Arrival Date. All amounts paid (Reservation Deposit and Final Payment) will be forfeited.
