Why my place is great for a pet?
We know how much a member of the family pets are. Our home allows you the opportunity to keep your pet with you while vacationing.
Activities and Attractions
Close to golf courses and local beaches. With in reasonable driving distances to many of south Florida's tourist attractions. We are about 10 minutes from Port Charlotte, 15 from Venice and 20-25 to Sarasota. Tampa area is 90 miles away.

Great value for your money.
Home has beautiful formal living and dining areas for those quiet times or that special dinner.
Relax in master suite with king size bed, access to pool, large walk in closet and adjoining bathroom with walk in shower and jacuzzi.
Bedrooms 2 & 3 are on the opposite side of the house, share a full bath, and also have access to the pool. Bedroom 2 has bunk beds---twin on top and full size on bottom. Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room for use if necessary.
Family room with flat screen TV, sofa and desk area adjoins well appointed kitchen. Kitchen has sliding door and pass through window access to the pool area.
Enjoy sun, water, cards,or dining out by the pool where there is a table and chairs that accommodate 6. Heated pool option is available for additional fee.
Bring along that four legged member of the family. Well behaved and cared for pets welcome.
