Why my place is great for a pet?
We love our pets and feel that others should be able to bring their four-footed babies with them on vacation. We have found that pet owners are very responsible and treat our home like it was their own, with respect and care. Pets must be approved by the owner in advance and payment of a $100 per pet fee. Pets also must be treated with FrontLine Plus or other Vet approved flea/tick treatment that kills both fleas and the eggs.

35% of total due with signed rental/confirmation agreement 5 days from reservation. We have a fully refundable $800 Damage Deposit which we take as a separate check which we hold until after departure. It is returned marked canceled if there is no damage.

Refunds will be given, less a $200.00 processing fee, for any cancellation made at least sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. Cancellations made less than sixty (60) days before the arrival date will result in a forfeiture of the entire deposit; unless the unit is re-booked. No refunds will be given after partial use of reserved rental or early departure; see exception under Mandatory Evacuation, Item 6. Any reservation deposit , rental fees and/or security deposit made with a credit card will incur a 3% fee of the total amount regardless of cancellation date or reason for return.
