One half of the total rental payment amount is required in order to confirm reservation dates and rental rate. Full payment is due at least sixty (60) days prior to arrival. Reservations made within sixty (60) days of arrival require payment in full.

Cancellation of reservations must be made sixty (60) days or more prior to arrival. A cancellation fee equal to 15 percent of the total rent (not including damage deposit) will be charged on all cancelled reservations. Late cancellations with less than thirty days notice, will result in forfeiture of the full advance deposit. Written notice is required for all cancellations. (Long-term, advance monthly rentals must give ninety (90) day notice of cancellation prior to arrival.) Cancellation and early departure due to inclement weather does not warrant any refund of rent.
