Located on the 3rd floor of a 6th floor building, this single-level floor plan is accessible by both elevator and stairs and provides 1900 square feet of exquisitely detailed living space. As you enter the foyer you are greeted by 9-foot ceilings, tiled floors and an interior designed to offer luxurious relaxation. Head down the hall and you will get your first glimpse of the ocean.

Relax in our 3 bedroom luxury condo that sleeps 8 guests and includes an ocean view from the front of our condo. We also have high speed cable Internet for guests who bring their lap top computers.

The open floor plan allows easy access to the dining and living areas with views throughout. The dining area is ready for casual or more formal dining, whatever you prefer. Our kitchen is spacious and is fully equiped. All cookware and tableware is included. Generous seating space is provided in the living area for you and your guests to relax. Enjoy the TV, a DVD and/or music while inside, or step outside and relax on the large balcony/terrace and smell the sea breeze.

The oceanfront balcony is probably the true highlight for any guest. With comfortable chairs and a table, this may be the only place you dine during your vacation. Enjoy the sound of the surf, the smell of the crisp salt air and the sight of moonlight shimmering on the ocean.

The 3 bedrooms include a Master with a pillow top king bed, tv set, private bath, tub and separate shower, as well as his/hers vanities. The guest bedrooms are located at the opposite end of the unit for more privacy. Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and tv set. Bedroom #3 has 2 twins and a tv set. The sofa opens to a queen bed for extra sleeping space (sleeps 2).

Why my place is great for a pet?
Lots of space outside to walk your pet and any place that accepts pets is great! The beach is pet friendly with a leash.

The Cinnamon Beach resort boasts 2 1/2 miles of private beach, an amazing ocean-front pool for adults, a second large pool for families with a gradual zero slope entrance for kids, a water splash zone for kids, a fitness center, a recreation center, a game room, and a selection of picturesque walking and jogging trails. ( The pools are 1 block away. )
