This is Cinnamon Beach Condo Unit 1044 in the Ocean Hammock Resorts in Palm Coast, Florida (which is on the East Coast of Florida - south of St. Augustine & north of Daytona Beach Florida). This is building 10, fourth floor. We also manage Unit 1042, 1043, 1045 (4th floor). Perfect for families and groups traveling together
Relax in our 3 bedroom luxury condo that sleeps 6 guests. Our condo is accessible by both elevator and stairs and features 1900 square feet of elegantly appointed and furnished living space. The kitchen provides all the necessities and is nicely accented with dark wood cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Best of all, we have high speed cable Internet for guests who bring their lap top computers.
The open floor plan allows easy access to the dining and living areas with views throughout. The dining area is ready for casual or more formal dining, whatever you prefer. Our kitchen is spacious and is fully equiped. All cookware and tableware is included. Generous seating space is provided in the living area for you and your guests to relax. Enjoy the TV, a DVD and/or music while inside, or step outside and relax on the large balcony/terrace and smell the sea breeze. Enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail on our balcony fresco dining table.
The 3 bedrooms include a master with a pillow top king bed, tv set/dvd player, private bath, tub and separate shower, as well as his/hers vanities. The guest bedrooms are located at the opposite end of the unit for more privacy, and include one with a queen size bed and tv set/dvd player, and one with 2 extra long twins and a tv set/dvd player.

Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, NASA Kennedy Space Center
There are lots of excellent restaurants nearby. Historic and charming St. Augustine is only twenty minutes away, and boasts great historic sites, charming shops, art galleries, and great places to eat.
Water sports abound in the area, including surfing, sailboarding, jet skiing, water skiing, boating, kayaking, fresh water fishing, surf fishing, and deep sea fishing. Lots of folks just like to go down to the beach, relax and listen to the waves. Just a few minutes north, drive on to the beach and go for miles.
There are nearby state parks to bike or walk in, with fishing, an ornamental garden, nature walks, and even the ruins of an old plantation.

The Ocean Hammock resort boasts 2 1/2 miles of private beach, an ocean-front pool, a second large pool for families, a fitness center, a recreation center, a game room, several restaurants and a selection of picturesque walking and jogging trails.
The resort also features the Ocean Hammock Golf Club. It is one of the most spectacular golf courses on the Eastern Seaboard and boasts eight holes overlooking the Atlantic.
It is Florida’s first true oceanfront course in more than 70 years and will be among the last ocean courses ever to be built in this country. The links-style, par-72 course is a challenge and a pleasure for players of all levels.
The property has sculpted grounds and two distinctly different clubhouses. The Lake Clubhouse with the family in mind, includes a family pool, a teen center, an entertainment room, a water playground, a fitness center and a small beach along the edge of the fresh-water lake.
The Ocean Clubhouse, designed with adults in mind, offers a secluded environment. It includes a spectacular swimming pool that appears to spill into the ocean, private cabanas, and a viewing tower overlooking the ocean.
