Relax in our 3 bedroom luxury condo that sleeps 8 guests and includes ocean view from the front of our condo. Our luxury condo is accessible by both elevator and stairs and features elegantly appointed and furnished living space. The kitchen provides all the necessities and is nicely accented with granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Best of all, we have high speed Internet for guests who bring their lap top computers.
The open floor plan allows easy access to the dining and living areas with views throughout. The dining area is ready for casual or more formal dining, whatever you prefer. Generous seating space is provided in the living area for you and your guests to relax. Enjoy the TV, a DVD and/or music while inside, or step outside and relax on the large balcony/terrace and smell the sea breeze. Enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail on our balcony fresco dining table as players try to navigate the challenging Ocean Hammock Golf Club.
The three bedrooms include a master with a pillow top king bed, tv set, private bath, tub and separate shower, as well as his/hers vanities. The guest bedrooms are located at the opposite end of the unit for more privacy, and include one with a queen size bed and tv set, and one with 2 extra long twins and a tv set. The sofa opens to a queen bed for extra sleeping space (sleeps 2).
The Cinnamon Beach resort boasts 2 1/2 miles of private beach, an amazing ocean-front pool for adults, a second large pool for families with a gradual zero slope entrance for kids, a water splash zone for kids, a fitness center, a recreation center, a game room, and a selection of picturesque walking and jogging trails. ( The pools are 1 block away. )
Our luxury condo is nestled among the immaculate fairways of the Ocean Hammock Resort in the exclusive gated community of Cinnamon Beach. The Ocean Hammock Golf Club is also known as 'The Pebble Beach of the East'. Minutes away from Ocean Hammock is access to the Intercoastal waterway and 6 more challenging golf courses including: Palm Harbor Golf Club, Pine Lakes Golf Club designed by Arnold Palmer, Cypress Knoll Golf Club designed by Gary Player, Matanzas Golf Club designed by Arnold Palmer and Grand Haven Golf Club designed by Jack Nicklaus.

(a) If the Property becomes unavailable to the Guest prior to occupancy, Manager agrees to refund the full amount paid to the date of cancellation, and Guest agrees to release any claims against Manager.
(b) If, for any reason, the Guest cancels this Agreement more than thirty (30) days from the Arrival Date, the Reservation Deposit will not be refunded unless Manager is able to re-rent the Unit or Property under the same (or better) terms and conditions of this Agreement, for the full Term reserved. If the Property is re-rented under the same (or better) terms and conditions than this Agreement, Manager will refund the Reservation Deposit paid, less a Cancellation Fee of $300.00 (or 10%), whichever is greater.
(c) There are no cancellations permitted within 30 days of Guest Arrival Date. All amounts paid (Reservation Deposit and Final Payment) will be forfeited.
