Our 4 bedroom home is in a quiet location yet only 15 minutes from all the action! The villa has a large front yard as well as a backyard garden. The enclosed private pool and lanai does not overlook other pools or homes so it's perfect for relaxing, reading and for just taking time out!

Why my place is great for a pet?
The villa has a large front and rear yard and is located in a small cul de sac with just a few other homes. The sub division has a vey low volume of traffic.
Great location close to the attractions and the best golfing in the area
