Why my place is great for a pet?
This beautiful home is large enough to accommodate your family and your pets. With a large enclosed lanai area with shading you can have somewhere for your pet to snooze whilst you relax or take a swim or a jacuzzi. There is also a child security fence which you can use if you don't want to worry about your pet entering the pool area whilst you are not present. Pet food dishes are supplied. Lovely surrounding area for your walks.

Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, NASA Kennedy Space Center, Everglades National Park, Bush Gardens
Disney is only 15 minutes away from this villa and Universal Studios, SeaWorld, Aquatica, Islands Of Adventure, Wet n' Wild, Arabian Nights Dinner Show, Medieval Times Dinner Show, and many other attractions in the area are within an easy drive on excellent road links.
We also have a great brochure in our villas describing all the other places of interest in the local area including day trips to the Everglades, local wineries and many others that you might be surprised to find.
Kennedy Space Center, Bush Gardens, and the beaches on the East and West Coast are all within an easy one hour's drive.
The Everglades is a longer drive - just under 4 hours - but we are ideally suited if you want to make the day trip to see this glorious area as part of your Florida Experience Vacation.

Highlands Reserve Golf Course
Highlands Reserve is one of Central Florida's most requested golf courses for a top travel company since it's opening in 1998. Designed by Mike Dasher, this course provides the keen golfer with a good challenge with fast, undulating greens and open spacious fairways reminiscent of the great Scottish courses. Excellent for the experienced golfer and the novice alike with golf professionals on hand for advice and lessons.
The area has a golf club and shop, a children's play area, an outdoor community swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts.

If you have young children with you, we offer a Baby Tourist Pack, with free use of cot, high chair and stroller whilst you are visiting, plus we can also arrange for diapers, teething gels, food, baby formula, creams, diaper disposal bags and all the other incidentals that you may need We also a general grocery shopping service, health massage services, private chef, or additional maid services. Cancellations can be made up to 60 days prior to the vacation with a $25 administration fee. Cancellations of less than 60 days prior to the start of the vacation will not be refunded unless we are able to make an alternative booking arrangement, in which case, your money will be refunded less a $50 administration charge. All efforts will be made by our team to refill the booking place on your behalf.

12% Taxes are payable on all properties. There is a cleaning fee of $80 on all stays of less than 5 days.
