Loma Linda Executive Villa is situated on the Loma Linda Development located on Ronald Regan Parkway (old CR-54) and eight (8) miles south of Disney World. We are making an effort to present you with our entire spectrum of offers as soon as possible. The Villa is fully air-conditioned with four (4) bedrooms, two (2) baths and a private heated pool and spa. It also accomodates up to ten (10) persons and is available for rental all year round. Our Management Company is on-hand twenty (24) hours a day for any emergencies or enquiries you may have.
Loma Linda is located about thirty (30) minutes from Orlando International Airport and about ten (10) minutes, South of Highway 192, which has many local shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Nearby is the Champions Gate Golf Resort which has a supermarket and a McDonalds.

Our lovely villa is fully air-conditioned/heated and features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a private heated pool and spa. The pool/spa area is fully screened along with a table, chairs, loungers with cushions and a smaller table for the younger guest. All doors leading to pool/spa area have safety alarms. An intercom system is available, with radio, throughout villa including patio/pool area. All local telephone calls are free. A wi-fi card is available for laptops at the management company office for free of charge. A deposit may be required by management company.
Master Bedroom: has a king size bed, cable TV/VCR/DVD player, telephone, clock radio with direct access to pool area and en-suite with his/hers vanity, garden tub, walk-in shower and hair dryer.
Bedroom #2: Has a queen size bed, cable TV/VCR/DVD player, clock radio with direct access to pool area.
Bedroom #3: Has a Disney Theme with 2 twin beds, Mickey Mouse TV/DVD player with cable.
Bedroom #4: Has 2 twin beds with cable TV/VCR/DVD player.
The Family Room overlooks the pool area with direct access along with cable TV/VCR/DVD player, a stereo with cassette/CD player. Also, has a large selection of DVD movies.
The kitchen overlooks the family room and pool area. Kitchen is well equipped with a coffee maker, blender, pots/pans, microwave, and dishwasher. There is a table with seating for 4 along with 6 swivel chairs around kitchen counter.
Dining Area: Has a table with seating for 6.
Living Room: Has a queen size sofa sleeper and will seat 5 guests.
The villa has a 2 car garage with a full size washer/dryer, ironing board and iron and a gas BBQ grill. Also includes 2 highchairs, 2 stroller and 1 portable crib (pack n' play) free of charge.
The villa is a non-smoking, but for those who do, please smoke outside by pool area. Thank You!
Pets are welcome for a small fee ($100 USD per stay). All we ask is for you to clean up after your pet including inside and outside.
A local management company is available 24/7 for any enquiries or emergencies you may have. The Management Company supplies all towels and linens needed for your stay.
Loma Linda Executive Villa will sleep 8 to 10 guests comfortably and is large enough to accommodate 2 families.

· Monthly rates are $2,300.00 plus 12% tax.
· Rentals may commence on any day of the week.
· Discounts available on stays of 2 weeks or longer.
· Cleaning fee of $75.00 oer stay.
· A minimum of 7 nights stay applies to Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years.
· A non-refunable deposit of $150.00 per week is required to secure the booking.
· A wi-fi card is available for laptops at the management company office for free of charge. A deposit may be required by management company.

More than six (6) weeks prior to arrival: Deposit
4 to 6 weeks prior to arrival: 50% of rental charge
Less than four (4) weeks prior to arrival: 100% of rental charge

Please add the State and Local Tax to all rates at 12.0%. Pool Heat is recommended between October to April for an additional fee of $130.00 per week plus 12% tax, please request at time of booking. Monthly pool/spa heat $300.00 plus 12% tax
