We have a brand new (2007) light, bright and spacious 4 bed/ 3 bath private pool home at the exclusive community of Aviana near Disney World. Our home has 2 master suites, one king and one queen so is ideal for 2 families sharing, or one extended family.

All well behaved dogs are very welcome in our home (sorry no cats).

Our west facing private pool gets all day sun and our extended deck with a range of comfortable pool furniture is ideal for relaxing. We also have a shaded lanai if you prefer to stay out of the sun.

Our pool has a removable safety fence for the safety of children and dogs.

Indoors, the home has been comfortably furnished with hotel standard quality linens (600 thread count), designer bedding and all towels, pool towels etc are provided for your use.

Our fully equipped kitchen has an array of high standard appliances and we have a top of the range stove, dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer available for your use.

We also have a washer and dryer and ironing facilities available.

TV's with cable tv is provided in all bedrooms and high speed internet is provided for guests who wish to bring their laptops.

A games room with pool table, air hockey, is now available.

The back of the home is fully fenced to ensure the safety of your pet.
Aviana also has a Clubhouse with a community pool, internet cafe, volleyball, putting green, gathering room etc now available. Guests are welcome to use these additional facilities with our compliments.

We have a wonderful on site property manager who will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have or provide an additional information about the general area. Our central location in Davenport is ideal for Disney visits, golfing, restaurants, and taking advantage of the many great shopping opportunities in this diverse area.

Why my place is great for a pet?
The rear of the property is securely fenced for the safety of your pet. Our community is perfect for walking your dog, we have wide tree lined streets and directly across from the home, an open green space. As we are only 15minutes from many of the local attractions, if you need to leave your dog home while you go sightseeing, you are never too far away to pop back and take him for a walk etc before going back out again later in the day. There's no need to leave him home alone all day as we are so centrally located.
