This third floor studio is set up like a 1 bedroom with the bedroom area seperated from the livingroom with a privacy curtain. The condo is on the Bay and has magnificent waterfront views from the balcony. It is within walking distance to all the action on Clearwater Beach.
Clearwater Beach is about 4 blocks away but there is also beach access from the hotels on the next street over.

Why my place is great for a pet?
This is a pet friendly condo. Many people like to walk their dogs down Beachwalk along Clearwater Beach. Nearby SandKey Park has a dog play area.
Activities and Attractions
Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Busch Gardens
The Jolly trolly will pick you up in front of the condo and take you on a tour of Clearwater Beach. Stop off at the marina for fishing boats and thrill rides. Across the street from the marina is Clearwater Beach. It has a restaurant, playground, fishing Pier and nightly entertainment as well as the white powder sand of the beach. Also close by is the Sandkey Park and the Clearwater Aquarium. Minor league games for the Phillies and Yankees are in the area as well as pro football, baseball and hockey

On-site is a heated pool, BBQ grill, Boat dock, which may be available at an additional cost and on-site laundry. The unit has all the ammenities of home. Kitchen, Queen sized bed and pull out Queen sleeper sofa. A beautiful cherry desk with computer and internet. Flat screen HDTV, DVD, Playstation 2, Karaoke with music, games cards. A large custom gathering table is excellent for games and dining. Relax on a massage chair while watching the boats come in. Pick oranges right from our tree certain times of year!
