This lovely lodging provides fabulous pet friendly accommodations. This Florida vacation home is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home with 2 private docks is located in an upper class residential neighborhood. It is not in the tourist area commonly associated with Clearwater Florida crowds. There is no automobile traffic. The vacation house is at the end of the street on a peninsula that extends into the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. This is a NO SMOKING HOUSE. This vacation house has been completely remodeled. It has new walls, new paint, new ceilings, new kitchen, new vanities in the restrooms, new toilets, new floor tile (1800 sq. ft.), new windows, new landscaping..... It is very nice and clean... it has a great room with a kitchen bar that overlooks the great room and has a clear view out the back windows... the back wall of the great room has 24 horizontal feet of tall windows that offer a beautiful view of the water.... This vacation lodging has 3 bedrooms, Master Bedroom with King size bed, middle bedroom with Queen size bed, and 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top. In addition, the 3rd bedroom has a set of trundle beds where one single bed slides under the other for storage. When the bed underneath pulls out, it then raises up to the same level as the other bed. So, in the 3rd bedroom, there are 3 single beds and 1 double bed.

Activities and Attractions
Bush Gardens, Sea World, Universal Studios, Walt Disney World
About three times each week, bottle nose porpoises..., called dolphins cruise behind the house. The area behind our house is a favorite fishing area for local fishing guides who are trying to catch snook. This is undoubtably the same reason the dolphins are interested. in the area.
'Old Blue', a Great Blue Heron is a daily visitor to our backyard. He is ever vigilant for that free handout of fish....
As for the alligator.... My neighbors report that there is one in the area.... I personally have not seen it... so you should use your own judgment about swimming.... i.e. if an alligator comes to greet (eat) you..... its is your problem
Also, numerous golf courses, fishing, restaurants, shopping and of course Disney is a 90 minute drive away.

Water Front, Water View, Walk to Beach
The pet friendly, vacation rental house is located on the Gulf of Mexico. There is a view of the water out the back windows in the house.... The back yard has a long Seoul that has both a floating dock and a fixed dock. The water view is of the coast line, with docks, boats, and Labrador retrievers that play in the water daily. We can see over a mile of coastline on the Gulf of Mexico

The house comes with all linens for beds, baths, and kitchen. All appliances, washer, dryer, dishwasher, stove for cooking food, microwave sutiable for everything from popcorn to corn on the cob or warming leftovers.. You will need to supply your tooth bursh, FOOD, DRINK, and favorite shampoo. Paper towels and TP are provided.We have a 15 foot long aluminum 'john boat' that is provided free of charge with the house. There are life jackets, fishing poles, fishing bait catching trap, anchor, and other boating things that come free of charge.... We also have a 15 HorsePower outboard motor that is available.
With the motor, you are able to fish the grass flats, usually catching speckeled trout, redfish, snook, mangrove snapper, etc. There is also an island about 4 miles offshore, named Anclote Key, which is a Florida State Park and Wildlife sanctuary. It has very veautiful beaches and is only accessable by boat or airplane. There is even an abandoned lighthouse on the island, which some people have been known to climb.. Beware the lighthouse is NOT maintained and has NO protective railing at the top. If you JUMP, FALL, or are PUSHED you would certaintly not survive the fall !! .. So, beware, and climb at your own risk!!... And be sure to take a camera !!!
The use of the motor costs and additional $150.00 added to the weekly rental costs shown in the table below. If you would like to use the motor please let me know and I will include the extra $150.00 in the rental price.
