Why my place is great for a pet?
We love pets. We have a fenced in yard. Cedar Key is a great place to walk your pet. Quiet streets and lots of water...The nearby islands are awesome for letting your dog run along beaches with out worry of bothering any one!

Activities and Attractions
Historic Seaport with boat tours, fishing captains, boat and kayak rentals, lots of bird watching. Cedar Key has 2 museums and several art galleries and shops as well as wonderful seafoof (and landlubber) restaurants. There are nearby hiking trails and springs manatees in the winter and early spring.

We serve a fully served scrumptous breakfast each morning. Lots of goodies (including our "bottomless cookie jar" filled with homemade chocolate chip cookies) as well as tea's, hot chocolates, coffees, soda's, bottled water available all the time. Rooms feature ceiling fans, private baths. We have one handicap accessible room.

Our 2 suites offer a fully supplied kitchen. We allow guests to place wines, beers and leftovers in our primary refridgerator. We have one wheelchair accessible room (Miss Verona's).

Deposit Terms:	All rooms are priced for double occupancy. An extra charge of $25 will apply per additional person(s). On (1) night stays, the full room charge may be required as a deposit, otherwise a 50% deposit may be required to confirm your reservation. We accept, Visa, Mastercard, or Discover. The balance is due upon arrival. Weekends require a 2 night minimum stayover. Please call if there are extenuating circumstances, we may allow for less than the minimum stayover. Special events (Art Festival, Seafood Festival, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Christmas, New Years etc) require a 3 night minimum stayover unless arrangements have been made ahead. Check-in time is 3-6 p.m. If arriving later than 6pm please call for arrangements. Check-out time is 11 a.m.

Cancellation Terms:	Any deposit taken is refundable (minus a $50.00 service fee) if at least 7 days (14 days for stays of 3 nights or greater) notice is given. Should a cancellation of any portion of your stay be necessary prior to 7 days (14 days for stays of 3 nights or greater) of arrival, a $50.00 service fee will be charged. For cancellations with less than 7 days notice (or less than 14 days for stays of 3 nights or greater) the canceling guest will be responsible for the entire stay unless the room can be re-rented.
