Sunset Reflections has 14 pet friendly vacation rental homes on or near the number 1 pet friendly beach, with a wide range of amenities including fenced yards, private swimming pools (some heated), hot tubs, screened porches and open sundecks.
We have everything from beach front to gulf view with pools and all of our homes are pet friendly. This area is old Florida, with no high rises, lots of wildlife and was rated #1 pet friendly beach in USA and rated #1 beach in the USA by Dr Beach.
We have small homes and larger homes for the larger family gatherings. Great specials for early spring rentals. Offering 10% off when you book Jan and Feb 2010. We have homes in Cape San Blas and Indian Pass.

Why my place is great for a pet?
Pet friendly homes just steps from the beach featuring pet fencing, pet gates, pet dishes. Take your best friend for a romp in the sand and water and then shower him off and sit and watch a glorious sunset. Many of our homes face due west for great sunsets over the water. Our beaches are pet friendly - # 1 rated pet friendly beach.
No high rises, just you and miles of beach and blue waters.
Activities and Attractions
There is room to park your boat or RV at most of our homes and the entrance to the state park is nearby as is access to the many area boat ramps. The new bike path covers most of the northern Cape and extends right to the state park. Rent kayaks for the beach or the bay. Take an eco tour or go horseback riding on the beach. Close to great restaurants and wonderful shopping.

We offer 14 beautiful pet friendly homes on pet friendly Cape San Blas and nearby areas on the Florida Panhandle. We have 2 bedroom to 4 bedroom homes. Gulf front, private pools. Some homes have fenced areas for pets. Our beaches are pet friendly and low density. Walk your pets on the quiet beach and let them romp in the sand, catch crabs and play in the gulf. Our homes come with pet dishes, and deck gates, where needed. Some even have elevators for your older friends who are finding the stairs a little tough these days. All of our homes have free wifi internet access and most have free unlimited long distance to US and Canada. This is important because cell phones do not always work in the area.

Here are some of our offerings.
Cape Reflections is on Cape San Blas about 2 miles from the state park. It has a huge open deck looking out over the gulf and getting great sunset views. It is a quiet beach community with pet friendly beaches. The house's open floor plan offers nice gulf views. This home also features a huge screened patio (over 500 sq. ft.), lots of privacy, easy access to the beach and gulf, a private swimming pool and can accommodate up to 10 people. There are 3 bedrooms, 3 baths plus a sleeping loft. The home is well equipped with a well stocked kitchen, TV's, DSL, VCR's, DVD, stereo. There is a direct walkway from the driveway to the beach.
Sunset Reflections Too has a large screen porch and large upper deck looking out over the gulf that facilitates family or group vacationing. It gets wonderful sunsets over the gulf. There are many custom features including, hardwood throughout the main floor, a huge entertainers kitchen, 2 living rooms and 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. Each bedroom has its own access to a bath (2 masters and 1 jack and jill bath between 2 bedrooms). It has spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico which is only 200 feet away and sits on one of the prettiest sections of the Cape San Blas dunes. Our home features a private swimming pool, easy access to the beach and gulf and can accommodate up to 12 people but 2 people and their furry friends are welcome too. It is well equipped with several TV's, VCR's, DVD player, wireless DSL and stereo. It is a half mile to the state park, near the bike path, and has room for parking a boat.
Reflections is gulf front, 4 bedroom/3.5 baths with views and water drip-down sunsets to die for. Dock access to St Joseph Bay. We also have Dolphin Vista, gulf front home nearby if you need more than 1 home.

Pass View is gulf front, 4 bedroom, 3 baths in a private setting, only 1/4 mile to boat ramp and boat storage. Excellent fishing and awesome views of Gulf and St Vincent Island nature preserve.
All Decked Out is gulf view, 4 bedrooms, 4 baths sleeps 13, with an elevator and a fenced dog area. Heated private swimming pool and decks galore, this house really is All Decked out. Each bedroom has a private deck or screen porch. Fenced dog area.
Cape Bliss is a beautiful new gulf front home in a private setting, with elevator and community pool only shared by 6 homes. The home sleeps 12. Fenced in dog run and dog shower. Views to die for - see hundreds of feet of low development beaches. Nearest neighbor almost 200 feet away.
Gulf Breeze, is a beautifully decorated 3/3 with great beach views and private screen enclosed pool, with waterfall. There are stairs up the outside to the main level, but then everything is on 1 level.
Sunset Paradise is a 3/2.5 gulf front townhome in a gated community with large community pool. It gets awesome sunsets that drip into the Gulf all year round.
Four Sea Suns is a beautiful, small, single family home with 2 bedroom, 2.5 baths and awesome views of the beach and Gulf. This home has granite counters, stainless appliances and is great for a couple and their furry babies or for a small group.
A Summer Song, a small lovely home, with fenced hot tub, dog pen, screened porch and large grass backyard. Nice gulf views and close to beach access.
Beach Blas, with great Gulf views, private pool and 4 bedrooms and 4 baths.
Beachfront Paradise, gulf front with gul front private pool, 2 kitchens, 4/4 with 3 king beds.
