Sea Ya Later! This Pet Friendly gulf front home is one of the most adorable homes on the beach. It is a product of pure love by the owners who take special care to maintain it. It is tastefully decorated with personal touches and more than adequate furnishings with a mixture of new furnishings and old Florida decor.

The kitchen has a large island with eating area and bar stools. The Living room is roomy and has a leather couch and several comfortable chairs, cable TV, and DVD. The Master bedroom is located on the beach side with a great view. There is a queen bed , cable TV, and ceiling fan in the master with a large closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed and ceiling fan and a large closet. Access to the loft is a spiral staircase where there are two twin beds. This area would be suitable for children of ages 10-18. There is a nice porch with outside with a counter for to enjoy your morning coffee or glass of wine at sunset. An open deck awards you with a most delightful vista of white sandy beaches and magnificent sunsets.

The home is furnished nicely and even has a telescope to view the stars and an enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower. There is plenty of parking under the home with room for a boat also. The beach in this area is loaded with shells and is great for surf fishing. It is not unusual to see dolphins swimming by close to shore. The home faces the West so the sunsets are fantastic. You can surf, kayak, golf, hike, fish, boat, bike, and join in with many other activities on the Cape. There is a nice grocery store in Port St. Joe called the Piggly Wiggly and several restaurants. Sea Ya Later is about 2 1/2 miles from the St.Joe State Park where you can go exploring and snorkeling on the Bay or explore the dunes on the Gulf side. The park also has a nice boat ramp with access to St. Joe Bay. Apalachicola is about a 20 minute drive and sports many small shops and historical interest. Be sure to check out the great seafood there also.

You can just say SEA YA LATER! And forget about everything but having a great time!

Why my place is great for a pet?
It is right on the Gulf on one of the few dog friendly beaches in Florida. The home has hardwood floors (carpet in the bedrooms) There is an outside hot/cold shower that you can rinse the dogs off before they come into the house and an outside deck and porch that dogs can dry off on before they come inside.

Historical lighthouse, bird reserve, great hiking, shelling and great fishing. St. Joe Park is 5 minutes away. Boat landing, hiking trails.
