The Sea Casa is one of the most delightful homes on the beach.It is a product of pure love by the owners who take special care to maintain it. It is tastefully decorated with personal touches and more than adequate furnishings with a mixture of new furnishings, handmade quilts and old Florida decor. The kitchen has a large island with and extra sink for food preparation or bar area. There is room to serve 7 people for meals. The living room is roomy and has a queen sofa bed, cable TV, DVD and book library. HI SPEED INTERNET! The master bedroom has a king bed , cable TV and ceiling fan. The second bedroom has a queen bed and ceiling fan. There is a nice screened porch with a table and chairs that seats four and also an open deck where you can sun and see the Gulf. A washer and dryer is on the main floor for convenience. There is a one car garage and plenty of boat parking. A 30 second walk to the beach awards you with a most delightful vista of white sandy beaches and magnificent sunsets. Sorry no cats, owner is allergic. Non-smoking. Why my place is great for a pet?
We welcome smaller dogs as our beach is one of the few that allow dogs. Our home is located off the main highway and a 30 second walk to the beach where your dog can romp in the sand and enjoy the water. We have an outdoor shower that you can rinse your dogs off after going to the beach is you like. Its a great place for dogs and their owners as well.

Activities and Attractions
Cape San Blas is the place to go if you want magical ambiance and sheer romance. The dunes remain in their natural state..in some places up to 30 ft. high. Walking in the wooded dunes is a real treat. It is very enjoyable to visit the State Park and hike out towards the tip of the Cape to enjoy natural wildlife along the way.

There are no bars or motels on the Cape and traffic is usually limited to people renting homes, state park visitors and homeowners. Cape San Blas is sparsely developed with plenty of open areas for meandering. If you need a restful break, this is the place!

You can fish right out on the beach and at the right time of the year you can catch blue crabs. It is also fun to take a boat out into the bay where the fishing and scalloping is good. St. Joe Bay is also great for snorkeling. There are areas in the State Park that are shallow enough to walk out waist deep and lay down to snorkel. The only two grocery stores are the Trading Post and the BP where the atmosphere is family/folksy and you can get almost anything you need. A large grocery store called the Piggly Wiggly is about 10 minutes away in Port. St. Joe.

Apalachicola is only 20 minutes away and has some quaint shops and great restaurants. Panama City Beach is just over an hour. Spend your days relaxing on the beach without the crowds, take an evening stroll, ride horseback on the beach or enjoy a glass of wine watching the fantastic sunsets over the Gulf.
