A lovely spacious master suite has a King size bed and a separate private patio with cozy secluded seating for two. The second bedroom has a firm, new, comfortable full size double bed, and its own separate full bathroom with walk-in shower. During the summer of 2004 this property was completely renovated and redecorated with new carpeting and floor tiles. Much of the furniture, kitchenware, and decor are all brand new.
This non-smoking condo is in the Palm Canyon Villas complex, Phase III which has fifty four privately owned units surrounding the sparkling community Pool and Spa. Simply step out the gate of our enclosed Lanai directly down into the Pool. This pet friendly property is conveniently located on East Waverly Drive by Golf Club Road. Just across the street are the highly regarded Palm Springs Golf and Tennis Club and the Tahquitz Creek Golf Course. There are two full championship 18 hole courses, including the famous Arnold Palmer designed tract. No time for golf? Play a few sets of Tennis at our on-site regulation Tennis Courts. The courts are kept in perfect playing condition.
