Hollys Place is an Oasis in the middle of South Lake Tahoe only one block from the crystal clear waters of the lake. It is a Unique Cabin Retreat nestled amongst the pines close to everything on about 2 acres fenced with rounds of wood for privacy and seclusion to escape the hustle and bustle of the excitement of town. There are places close by to hike, bike, play golf and enjoy water and snow sports. Relax on the grounds or in front of a fire in your cabin, cook your own meals, or enjoy excellent dining at one of the many area restaurants.

Our Cancellation Policy
As a small specialized place, we are confident you will understand our need for the following cancellation policy:
Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to your reservation date. $25.00 charge.
Any Cancellations made with less than a 30 day notice will be charged $100 unless your reservation was for a Holiday. When booking Holidays you will be charged the Full Rate that you were charged upon booking your reservation. There are no refunds on ANY cancellations for Holidays. This includes bad weather conditions, "family emergencies" or any other last minute excuses. Thank you for understanding our strict policy on this.
No refunds for early check out.
$50.00 charge for rescheduling dates with less then 2 weeks notice.
No shows will forfeit their 50% deposit. (excludes all holidays and large groups).
Sorry, no refunds for Holidays for any reason (weather, sickness, etc.) if made less than 30 days prior to your reservation. Please read the following:
CANCELLATIONS: The applicable portion of the cancellation policy is dependent upon the time of the cancellation:
1.) If a reservation is canceled 30 days (45 days for Holiday periods) or more prior to your check-in date, the amount of your reservation, plus a cancellation fee of $50 will be made against your account.
2.) If a reservation is canceled less than 30 days but more than 14 days (less than 45 days but more than 30 for Holiday periods) prior to the stay, an amount equal to 1/2 the rent, plus a cancellation fee of $50 is made against your account unless the reservation (in the same unit) is rescheduled within 90 days or the unit is re-rented for the cancelled time period. If a rescheduled reservation is canceled at anytime, all funds are forfeited.
3.) If a reservation is canceled 14 days or less (30 days or less for Holiday periods) prior to the stay, all of the funds collected are forfeited unless the reservation (in the same unit) is rescheduled within 90 days or the unit is rerented for the cancelled time period. If a rescheduled reservation is canceled at anytime, all funds are forfeited.
If the cancellation is due to announced road closures ONLY, NO cancellation charges will be applied if reservation is transferred to a future date within 90 days, and in the same rental unit. Only one date change is allowed under these circumstances. If rental is paid and you do not show, or you stay less than reserved dates, services shall be considered rendered and no refund will be made.
Please inquire about our Mid-Week Specials from Jan 15 through May 31st. Three night minimum on holiday weekends & five night minimum from December 20 through Jan 2nd.

Doggie Rules
1. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE VACCINATION PAPERS
2. DOG TAGS WITH NAME, CURRENT PHONE # ON COLLAR. BRING A LEASH.
3. MIND THE BARKING AND JUMPING ON OTHER PEOPLE
4. PICK UP AFTER YOUR DOGGIE ...WE HAVE POOP STATIONS WITH BAGS AND SCOOPERS
5. PLEASE USE AN OLD SHEET, BLANKET, OR TOWELS FOR DIRTY FEET AND SHEDDING DOG HAIR. (WE WILL PROVIDE THIS FOR YOU IF YOU DON'T HAVE ANYTHING...JUST LET US KNOW).
WHEN WANTING TO LEAVE YOUR PUP, PLEASE TALK TO HOLLY OR ANYONE MANAGING. Doggie Daycare available at a minimal fee depending on quantity and type of care needed. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE IF YOUR DOG IS UNMANAGABLE, SO CHECK WITH US FIRST.
* PLEASE LEAVE US YOUR CELL NUMBER JUST IN CASE OF EMERGENCY!
MOST OF THE DOGS WHO COME HERE ARE VERY FRIENDLY, BUT IF YOU DON'T TRUST YOURS WE CAN LEASH HIM OR PUT HIM IN A KENNEL UNTIL YOU COME BACK "HOME" TO YOUR CABIN.
$15.00 per night/per dog.
