CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations must be made in writing and emailed or faxed to us. If you cancel less than 60 days in advance of arrival and the home is re-rented at the same rate to another party, we will gladly refund all but a $75.00 cancellation fee plus any additional expenses we incur. If the home is not re-rented, we will return your deposit, however you will forfeit the rent that you have paid. If you have not sent any portion of the rent, your deposit will be forfeited and you may be responsible for the uncollected portion of the balance of rent due. If you cancel more than 60 days in advance of the arrival date, we will retain a $25.00 cancellation fee from your credit card deposit plus credit card processing charges and any booking fees associated with your rental. We will offer you 50% of your cancellation fee towards a future rental.
