This California vacation home has a fully equiped kitchen, linens and towels provided. The vacation home has a large great room with an unusual gas log fireplace between two eight foot sliding glass doors that look out onto the large deck with a hot tub. A fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave that faces a very large counter with bar stools that will sit five people plus a family style wood plank table and benches that can sit another 10 to 12 people. Cookware, dishes and utensils are provided. Downstairs has the master bedroom with a king bed, and another bedroom with a queen bed plus the main bathroom. Climbing up the circular staircase made with an old telephone pole you will find two more bedrooms with queen beds, plus a loft with a trundle bed (two twins) and another bathroom.

The house is located 1 1/8 miles out side of Tahoe City off Hwy 89 -- a great North Shore location between Homewood Mountain Resort, Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley, walking distance to Fanny Bridge and Tahoe City, which has excellent dining and fine shopping. You can just sit on the deck and watch life go by while breathing some of the cleanest air and enjoying the best drinking water OR you can go Downhill skiing, Cross country skiing, Hiking, Biking, Fishing, wildlife viewing, Horseback riding, Golfing, Tennis. Shopping, Water Skiing, Boating, You will be just 30 minutes from Truckee, Incline Village and 50 minutes to Reno which offer many other sights and attractions.
