This is our private vacation home. We rent our home with the expectation that it will be cared for as if you were a guest in a friend’s house.

A security deposit of $200 is required to make a reservation. Please be aware that you do not have a reservation until we have received your security deposit. Our reservations are made on a first come - first served basis. In order to avoid disappointment during our most popular weeks, you may want to make you security deposit using PayPal.
Linens and laundry service are provided. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and all cooking utensils. Just bring your food and clothes.
Check-in is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Your security deposit will be refunded after the home has been inspected. Items missing or damaged will be charged to your account.

$990 per week (7 nights - Sunday to Sunday) for up to 4 people

Holiday rates are slightly higher with longer minimum stays. Please inquire.
There is a $200 refundable security deposit required to make a reservation. $75 cleaning fee for all stays.
Add 3.5% to credit card transactions through PayPal and 11.55% sales tax.

$200 security deposit is required to secure your reservation. Until we receive a security deposit, reservations are subject to prior booking. You may want to make your security deposit online using PayPal to secure your dates.
The security deposit is fully refundable. If any items are missing or damaged they will be deducted from the security deposit or charged to your account. Add 3.5% to credit card transactions through PayPal.

Full payment for all nights reserved and $75 cleaning fee payable 14 days before your reservation. Linens and laundry service are provided.
If you have to cancel and we are able to re-book the days you reserved, you will receive a full refund.
If we are unable to re-reserve your dates your deposit will be refunded if a cancellation is made at least 30 days in advance of your arrival date. You also have the option of applying your deposit to another available date.
Within 30 days of arrival the deposit will be forfeited if we are unable to re-reserve your dates.
Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's holidays must be cancelled three months in advance to receive a refund of your deposit.
Check-in is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Your security deposit will be refunded after the home has been inspected.
